Sword & Shield 4.5 Special Set in Feb 2021? Could it be the 25th Anniversary Set?

Few weeks ago, multiple sources shared that a Sword & Shield 4.5 set was coming but there was no official data or announcement from Pokemon to confirm this.

 

Exciting talks so far:

 

• We were told this set would be a tie-in with the upcoming 25th anniversary of Pokémon, that is on February 27, 2021. 
• We were told that an Elite Trainer Box, Pin Boxes, Tins, Premiem Collection Box would come of this set.
• We were told that this would be a hugely popular set and this would likely follow the Japanese Shiny Star V set
