Do you ship to me?
We ship locally in Singapore, as well as to United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Malaysia, Greece, Hongkong, China, Spain, Mexico, Columbia and basically most of the world. If you have any questions on whether we ship to your country, please let us know using the CHAT button on the right.

What happens after I paid for an order?
Upon receiving your order, you'll receive a confirmation email and an order number for you to keep track. We'll proceed to have your items packed and ready to be picked up by a local courier within 1-2 business days.

How much are your shipping prices?
Shipping rates are calculated by the size and weight of the items ordered as well as the delivery location. If you wish to calculate shipping costs, add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your address and then select the shipping method you wish to use. The shipping cost will be displayed there.

What company are you using to ship and can I choose to ship differently?All international standard post comes with tracking and will be shipped via Singapore's national postal service, known as SINGAPORE POST.

Details: Once your parcel arrives at your country (after clearing with customs), your local post service will take over to deliver to your very doorstep! Every part of the journey is tracked so you can buy with confidence!  Yes, you may opt for FEDEX / DHL shipment with additional costs. Just select the ideal shipping for you when you check out your cart.

How long would it take for me to receive my items?
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Total transit time could take between 2-5weeks due to less flights & distance in today's situation. Delivery can take any time from 5 to 20 business days.

Can you declare my order as a gift or mark the value very low?
Radiant Deck follows all International Customs laws, and this is an act that is strictly prohibited. We declare full customs value on all orders.

Who is responsible for customs duties and fees?
In the event your parcel is being held by the Customs or faces any payable tax, you will be solely responsible. Rest assured Radiant Deck will do our part to declare truthfully its contents and its value. The contents will be the item(s) you ordered and perhaps additional sticker/note inside. Nothing liquid/metal or battery related stuff will be sent.  You are responsible to investigate and determine what charges you will be assessed, and to pay those charges. We do not charge you for any additional customs duties or other charges assessed by government agencies. 

What if I want to cancel my order?
You can click on "My Account" and then the "View Recent or Old Orders" tab to cancel your order. If this option is unavailable, please Contact us if you need to cancel your order. We will be happy to take care of it for you provided the order has not yet shipped.

Upon every order, Radiant Deck gets charged for the postage fees within a day, as we strive to serve you most efficiently, our arrangement with the courier is that your parcel will be picked up the very next day.

When your parcel gets picked up by the courier thereafter, and there's a change of mind asking for a refund/cancel, there will be a SGD$postage fee + SGD$26 parcel retrieval fee.

You will be refunded less these two fees. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

We pride ourselves in accurate industry pricing. To receive coupon codes as well as notification of our current and upcoming promotions, you may join our mailing list on the front page of our web site.

Hey, I'm from Singapore too, can I do self-pick up?
Radiant Deck products are also available for self pick ups, and highly recommended locals to do so! We have multiple pick up points - Woodlands / Dhoby Ghaut MRT / Serangoon MRT / Buangkok MRT / Punggol MRT. Please PM us with your order number and we'll arrange a day and time at the convenience of both parties! Do take note though, if your order is a full case of ETBs or BBs, then only self pick up at specific residential location at Buangkok/Punggol/Woodlands area (unable to meet at train stations), or Q-Delivery option.
